Gleam adds escript support for single-file BEAM programs

Gleam v1.17.0 now supports escript, letting developers write standalone command-line tools as single Gleam files without managing separate build artifacts. This lowers the friction for distributing small utilities and scripts in the Gleam ecosystem.
