luml: open-source platform layer for agentic ML engineering workflows

luml is a new open-source project aiming to provide the infrastructure layer that sits beneath agentic machine learning pipelines, giving ML engineers a structured foundation instead of stitching together ad-hoc tooling. For indie ML builders, having a dedicated platform layer rather than glue code could meaningfully reduce the overhead of productionizing agent-based systems.
